Bulbul is a free digital app. There is no physical product, box, disc, or toy, and there is no fee.
Shipping
- Nothing is shipped by courier. Stories stream over the internet in the Android app.
- There are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines, and no tracking IDs.
- You need a working internet connection. We are not responsible for your mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Exchange and returns
- Because there is no physical good and no payment, there is no exchange, size swap, reverse pickup, or refund of a fee.
- You cannot “return” a story you have streamed.
- If a particular film fails to play, update the app, check the network, then email akshaya@bulbul.club.
