Price
Parents are not billed. Uninstalling the app does not create a charge, because none was taken.
If you want to stop using Bulbul
- Uninstall the app from the phone.
- To delete the account and the child’s profile, email akshaya@bulbul.club with subject “Delete my Bulbul account” and the +91 number in the app. Or use Parent zone → Delete account.
Refunds
There is nothing to refund, because Bulbul does not take payment. If you believe a charge appeared anyway, email akshaya@bulbul.club with subject “Refund”, the +91 number, and any bank or UPI reference. We will look into it.
